Abdomen Muscles


It is one of the most beautiful parts of every body and also it is the most important part that can be hardest build. Very hard and very interesting of your body building are Abdomen Muscles. This muscles group can be threated very carefully and if you made this drills not in the right way, you will have big problems with your back, and will not make anything about adbdomen muscles. Some instructors tell that you have to work about them every day. But I think that 2-3 time weekly is absolutely enought. The most known drill about Abdomen Muscles is, Abdomen press. This load enought your muscles and if you want to have a good result you can use one dumple of 10 to 30 kg when you are making that press.

This muscles group is very hard to be trained and also very easily lose its form. I think that 3 times weekly you have to train it at home or in the fitness hall, but if it is made together with some other drills, and also you are training some moving sport. Only with fitness hall you will not have any good results.
Abdomen press, should be dome in 3-5 series with 25-20 repeats. If you are newbie you can do it with 15 repeats, but not less than this count.
Very good drill with this training program is running. It also burn your abdomen fatties and clean up the muscles you have built with other drills.
