Britney Spears diet

While taking a diet, you should know that your body needs everything that you may get from the food. That is why the diets are very dangerous if you continue with it more than it is writen. In spite of this I will tell you one diet used from Britney Spears. This diet is not like all other. It should be combined with some training and will not make you need anything in your meal. That is why you can use it as long as you like and you may also not be affraid that this will break your health. Just change the type of the foods from time to time.
The diet is deviding the foods in some groups. 1st group is fish, 2nd group meat (all types), 3rd group is baked products (all should be baked), 4th group fruids (best is citrus).
So you should combine 2 from the groups in every meal. That is the main feature of this diet. Also do not combine fish with meat. You may use also not fat milk and natural juices. And just 1 time per week is allowed to eat pizza or spagetti.
