The drill can be made in home, even in the office in the noon break or in the coffee break. You choose, but it is simple and very interesting drill to build your legs and to make them slimmer.
First you should be in sit up possitions, or even in lieing possition. You feet should be in the air and you should made some round movement with them, just like riding a bike. This drill can be made as much as you want, not more than 30 minute for day, but 1 serie should be not less than 5 minutes. With this drill you will feel your muscles on the legs and they will start hurt you a little. This result will be done with 5 minutes and don't need to make some series more, but better, when you are free to make. This can be done in the whole day, while working.
