It is very simple drill with dumples about your chest muscles. It is very popular tyhrough newbies and women, which don't use the couch. In my oppinion it is harder drill, because of balance between your arms. The technique of making this drill is that you are lieing on a couch with angle of the ground about 30 degrees. Take two dumples, that should be proper for your current health and fitness condition and make 3-5 series with 6-8 repeats. I think that this is enought for you and your chest muscles.
To check how many are your chest muscles loaded, try to touch your two elbows. It will be very hard if you had loaded your muscles enought. This drill can be combinated with the couch and some other. You can make a best choice for your body and your muscles.
